Private Estate - Land Based - Auckland, New Zealand

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive candidate to assist in the smooth running of daily operations within the home, responding to the estate owners needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Candidates must have an excellent eye for detail, love variety in their work, are highly motivated, have great organisational and communication skills, be hardworking, honest, reliable, and
trustworthy.

They must act discreetly and respectfully to protect confidential information of the estate owners and their guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with prior experience in
Super Yachts looking to stay land based.

Own vehicle and clean full driver’s license essential.

This is a full time position. Mon – Friday.
Salary DOE. References and security check will be required.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

 Plan and implement weekly worklists with your manager
 Procurement of weekly household supplies
 Assist with organising and cleaning of the home along with weekly floral arrangements and general estate operations
 Perform an array of miscellaneous errands - dry-cleaning drop off/collection, pet appointments, contractor bookings etc
 Create and maintain inventories of the Estate stores – proficient computer skills required
 Assist the Chef with any service requirements
 Ensure maintenance logs are kept up to date on Estate equipment
 Assist with any special events on the property – research, setup, pack down etc
 Working as a team with other staff members to ensure Estate is kept to the highest standard.
